Missing episodes letter kenny

It’s been advertised on tv for a month that season 12 of letter Kenny is available Christmas Day. It’s not showing up on crave on demand and everything I have looked up states it’s available to others today. I have reset my box to make sure I wasn’t missing an update but nothing has changed.

@RosellaB Content is typically posted to VOD 24 after it's initial run. In this case, it was posted on 12/26. If you haven't checked already, season 12 has been uploaded 🙂
