Optik on the go not working on my phone

The app hasn't worked on my Google Pixel 6 for the last few days. I get an error message "Playback error 444901". I have tried deleting the app, power cycling my phone and reinstalling the app several times. I use the app a lot more than the average person because I have secondary residence in a small community where we can't get cable. Please help.

@bobby3424 A few questions to figure out what's going on:
1) Can you confirm the error code?
2) Did an error message accompany that code?
3) Which network were you connected to when this happened?

I've tried on my Telus home wifi as well as the Telus mobility network. Happens on all channels. Again, this problem started a few days ago.

I get "Playback error 444115 device is insecure" but I just dismiss the message and try it again and it works. This is due to my phone running the LineageOS custom ROM. Other than that it's working for me.
Do you get the error on every channel or just some?
