Stream+ Cancelled but still billed since february

Hi,

 

I’m writing to complain about unauthorized charges after cancelling my 3-month free trial, and your team’s failure to resolve this despite repeated promises. This has been frustrating and time-consuming.

 

In late 2024, I enrolled in a Telus stream+ free trial, set to end in January 2025. I contacted a representative before it ended to cancel, and was assured it was processed. Yet, I was charged $39.90 in February, $39.90 in March, and $45.15 in April 2025, totaling $124.95.

 

Each time, I called customer service, enduring 3-4 transfers and over an hour per call. Representatives promised the charges would stop and I’d be credited, but no credits appear, and charges continue. My account confirms the subscription ended in January 2025, so these fees are unwarranted.

 

I request the following immediate actions:

  1. A full refund of $124.95 (Feb: $39.90, Mar: $39.90, Apr: $45.15).
  2. Confirmation my account is cancelled with no further charges.
  3. An explanation for the unprocessed cancellation and missing credits.
  4. A review of your customer service to prevent such issues.

Please resolve this immediately, thank you for your attention to this matter.
