I am so angry and frustrated... It took 7 days for the Tv Box to work, then to see only a select few channels from the packages ... after 3 tech supports I come to find that I chose on outdated information. To add to the **bleep**ing frustration, the AI keeps telling me to go to my telus. I have tried explaining to the techs that that the optik tv account isn't registering on the my telus app or **bleep**ing website. And yes the swearing is necessary to emphassize4 how pissed off I am. Because today I asked the tech person not to put me on hold because nobody will pick up and sure enough I got put on **bleep**ing hold and then got told THE OFFICES ARE CLOSED.
