Technical Support for Telus Optik TV for Ontario

Hello, is there anyone to speak to help techincal assistance with Telus TV box in Ontario. I called this number +1 (888) 811-2323 & this 1 (800) 400-2598. I was disconnected after over 3 hours on the phone. I was repeatedly told there is no technical assistance for folks in Ontario who have TV & Internet services. Is this the case? @TELUS_Support
