I have a client who can not log into their telus tv app with the correct credentials.
They did lock their account out last night using the wrong password, but now it will not accept the correct username and password.

If your client is unable to log into their TELUS TV app after locking their account, the system may still be restricting access.
Please have them try the following:
- Reset the password through the "Forgot Password" link on the app.
- Ensure they are using the correct login credentials tied to their TELUS account.
- If the issue persists, you may want to try clearing the app cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
