Telus TV plus app audio init failed on certain channels

Any fix for this? I'm using an old S7 and certain channels like 131- ABC, it says:
Decoder init failed: [-49999],
Format(audio1299_0,null,null
Not sure why other channels work fine. You'd think Telus would use the same decoders for everything.

Hmm, that's odd indeed. If you've already ensured that you're running the latest version of the app, and uninstalling/reinstalling didn't do the trick...your best bet may be to reach out to our Mobility team at 1-866-558-2273 so they can look into your profile to see if everything looks on the up and up. @Optik-Kate is this something you're aware of on the issues side?
