Unable to activate subcriptions to Disney+ and Amazon Prime

Hi I have been unable to activate my subscriptions for over 2 weeks since I have started paying. I was only able to activate my Netflix account. When recieving the other emails I am sent to a page that says โ€œit looks like some parts of this page couldnt be loaded. If you sont see what you need, please refresh the pageโ€. Costumer service told me to await 10 days for an email, I havent recieved any and the problem still persists. Now I am being double billed and cannot get any help with this problem.
