Hello ! How can I call them when calling doesn’t work ???You need to do something from your end .. others posted this worked.What you have suggested does not work.I need help here please for this plan to work !

Same for me.. I am in Mexico and trying to call back to Canada and every call fails. I have tried toggle Airplane mode. I need help please.
