I tried again today. 11:15MDT for anyone interested.I'm assuming my login was used for some kind of VIP treatment. This time they picked up the phone straight away. That or some executive saw my wait time on a report and decided to do something about...

5 hours 45 minutes on hold. It was a TELUS callback also?  Gave up at 8.30 PDT.

2 hours and counting... Middle of the afternoon made no difference
