I, too, have been a loyal Telus customer for over 20 years now, and I feel the same. They “expect” my loyalty to continue unabated, but give NOTHING in return. So sad. Doug
Strategic corporate decision = Telus wasn't getting a bonus from Amazon most likely. So sad the "big boys" play like this leaving we minions out in the outhouse.
