Telus ground level support don't have the resources or training to consistantly be of help. Most of them seem nice. Management and the Executives are unavailable and hide from the consequences of their decisions. They leave their staff to face an angry customer every time. I once spent an hour and a half on hold with Mascon ( formerly Gulf Island Cable, a exceptional company that Mascon ran into the ground). When I finally was able to talk to someone they had no idea what Mascon was (it's a Telus company) and could offer no help. So another hour and a half on hold again. This is VERY common. Cell service is spotty where I live and until it gets reliable I'm stuck with Telus. Everyone on this Island is sick of Telus and people are offered condolences when they hear that you had to deal with them. Be assured that when the day comes that alternatives are available around here Telus will be gone in a month. All the cute animals in your ads won't help. Please, please, please let this message work it's way up to the executives who are the cause of all this disfunction.    Thank You
