Has anyone else had a hell of a time getting Telus to give them back money owed to them? It's been 3 months since I cancelled and I can log in and see "-$325" in my account. Support said it would be sent by cheque after the first billing cycle ended after cancellation. Not surprisingly, I haven't received a dime. Has anyone successfully got money sent back by Telus?

I'm having the same issue, we cancelled our service and returned the phones. we have a credit balance on the account but can not get in touch with anyone to give me a refund cheque ! so frustrating !!

This is new to me as well so we will see how it goes. One difference, a Telus error resulted in the original account with a credit balance from payments that a newly created account by Telus is waiting for the same payment which is sitting in the account I have had for 13 years.
