Last year, BC had a promotion for registering with Telus Internet. I signed up and chose the $400 prepaid gift card along with the TV channel bundle and high-speed internet. The internet was installed along with the TV, no problem, but after waiting almost a year, I have not gotten the $400 prepaid gift card at all. I have called and have been told to wait numerous times, and still nothing.
Things take time, but this is getting ridiculous. Part of the reason I signed up with TELUS was the services and the rewards, and so far, I am still waiting to be served. I have seen a few people with similar issues, and it truly is ridiculous. It's one thing to make folks wait a few weeks, but months upon months with nothing is far from ideal.
Does anyone know where to get help with this? All I want is the gift card that I was promised

Seems to be happening frequently as of late. 12 weeks here and still no reply or answer on my sign up gift. Will be filing a claim with the BBB for unethical business practices and misleading customers with false offers.
