I log into Crave on my television but I get a message that states I require a subscription to watch. I have a subscription and have been watching for a few months. What is going on?

@TELUS_Support - I also have the same issue with CraveTV saying i need to subscribe when it's a part of my plan. Can someone please reach out to me as well? I've had no issues since Feb but now it's saying this message.
