Very frustrating to get any service from Telus. So far have received texts with self-help instructions . Then signed up for a time slot the next day to speak with someone - the time slot means nothing - they called later at their convenience . The person assisting me provided information from a script ie the same instructions that were texted to me - from a call centre in Manila! Was unable to fix issue - indicated problem with power box - and would send new one which can take up to 5 days - considering it is a long weekend - I assume it will be longer! Not sure where in the world the warehouse is or if the have the box in stock.Offered to go pick one up -told me I can’t. ( how is it that Amazon can deliver same day??) Then was told they would text me instructions on how to self - install !!! Is this Telus idea of customer service ? What am I paying for ?????
