Delivery Status Notification (Failure) - Message Blocked

I am receiving this message when trying to send messages to people with Outlook, Hotmail, or Live.com accounts. I am using my telus email accounts on the Apple Mail platform.

Please advise as to how to fix this problem.

 

The response from the remote server was:

550 5.7.515 Access denied, sending domain TELUS.NET doesn't meet the required authentication level. The sender's domain in the 5322.From address doesn't meet the authentication requirements defined for the sender. Hi @AlbertT8N - try removing your TELUS Email from Apple Mail and re-add it using the Google or Gmail prompts. Please let us know if that helps!
