I received an email dated December 5, 2024 indicating my equipment was not returned as of January 5, 2025. Isn’t this funny that it wasn’t even January yet and they came to the conclusion that my equipment was not returned. I have a tracking number and receipt, indicating my equipment was dropped off to a Canada Post office on December 28, 2024. I have had collections call me nonstop regarding this outstanding bill that I do not owe for Telus’s error. The collections agency needs written documentation that Telus has wiped my account as it was their error. I cannot talk to anybody I have called and I’ve emailed. This is my last resort until I have to go to consumer matters. Please rectify this issue.
