Some channels have a Home icon in them and you can't watch them on the website telustvplus unless you are at home. I am at home on my Telus internet account (it is the only internet I have) using a Windows web browser. What can I do?

Hello, I’m also experiencing this issue as I’m having this issue for CTV Toronto, channel 101. I can only watch it live through the Telus TV app but will not allow me to watch on my home TV with Telus internet. I called Telus Support & they were no help

The solution for now that works is to press record on that show, then go to the recording and press play.

Yes you can now watch live. The house symbol is still there, less important
