I ordered Telus internet to my home June 23rd waited till July 4th for installation, bell came to install the line to the house then Telus came to connect the modem. They weren’t able to because bell didn’t do the wire properly, the Telus tech told me it would be resolved within g 24-48 hours. I called bell for them to come back they made me an appointment for the next day, they never showed up, called again for 5th and got another appointment with ticket number, still nobody showed up, I called bell again and they now inform me they can’t send anyone over because I’m through Telus. I’ve now called Telus 20+ times always transferred to someone that can’t help me because I’m in ontario. I go to the Telus app and no services linked to my account. I’m coming up on 2 weeks without internet, I’m a college student so I haven’t been able to do any school work, I’m almost completely out of data and nobody seems to be able to help us get internet, I’m about at the point that I will never recommend Telus home internet as this has been an absolute nightmare. Still on the phone trying to get ahold of a representative, complete waste of time. Should have just gone with bell.
