Does anyone, including Telus, know if the email address @info.telus.com is legit???

That's an incomplete email address. It's certainly part of a possible valid Telus email address as it ends with telus.com.

After extensive search and using Ai, any address ending in @info.telus.com is phishing.   This is NOT a legit telus email.  Thanks telus for not providing that information.

Be wary of the AI. I have seen many AI responses that are incorrect or misleading. This post on Reddit had a similar query and there was a response from Telus that it's a legitmate address as well as various others that end with telus.com:

Is telusservice@i.telus.com a legit Telus email? : r/telus

Having said that it's also easy to spoof email addresses. Without the complete address as well as the context it's difficult to say for sure.

While FuzzyLogic is correct that email spoofing is a very real issue, the address itself of telusservice@i.telus.com actually is legitimate and from us. We always however, do recommend checking in with us to verify the authenticity of anything you may receive.

Thank you for the information. I do believe the email I received was spoofed as it was offering something for free ~$10. To get it I would have to clicked a link. Which if it really was telus, wouldn't it be linked to my account rather than the dreaded email link.

Thanks much.
