About 3-4 months ago, I was desperate for an internet plan, so I decided to try and get Telus PureFibre, I ordered it successfully and then the appointment was set, and from what I could tell, I was getting something fast.... The technician came in, saw an existing Telus modem I was using for splitting an ethernet connection, and simply plugged a phone cord from the wall into that and called it a day, giving me DSL internet with 1MBps upload, 25MBps download rarely on a good day, with the most absurd unreliability and lag spikes imaginable...
And then, the bill came, $107 for this absolute GARBAGE internet, what are we living in, 2002? Of course I did not pay that, I was expecting $75 actually, which I could pay, but I could not pay $100+, so months went by as the bill kept growing, and I could not find a singular way to contact a human at Telus, I've tried my absolute best and keep running into their stupid AI systems that don't understand the simple issue "My internet costs more than it should"
And now, they're suspending my account because I have not paid, nor have I been able to, nor have I been able to tell them that I cannot and they are overcharging me for pure garbage.
I would upload an image of the suspension warning email they sent me, but for some reason that is the only image I cannot upload in this post...
TL;DR Telus HAS to be a scam, there's almost no way it's this bad for only me, unless I am the unluckiest person in the world. This post better not be removed either, or I will be taking this bs to court, I've tried every possible thing there is to stay with Telus for a good price, to no avail.

250MBps, I am getting 25 max on a good day rarely via DSL and not Fibre
