I need a waybill that a Telus agent promised to send by email but it never arrived. It took me almost one hour on the phone before I talked to someone in the Philippines, explained the whole story and gave all my details.
Two days waiting. To bring the equipment to a Purolator shipping facility is too far. Others Purolator receivers need the waybill printed and don’t accept my package for Telus.
it’s very frustrating! It’s an old PVR that Telus will discard, but I need to go through all these loops for what?!
please someone help me!

I got my return label because the Telus support sent me one!

Because of a different timeframe the answers got mixed up.

Hello,
I still have not received my waybill information for a product return and it has been two weeks since I canceled my service. The phone representatives have not been able to help me. I do not want to get charged for this. Worst experience with Telus ever, every person I have talked to on the phone gives me contradicting information. Please work on your customer service education and team alignment.

I need to return a wifi booster that was sent to me again. The rep I spoke to on the phone said I can print the return label on Purolator website but I cannot find it. I already had to call multiple times relating to moving my internet service to a new place and don't want to call yet again for their mistakes. Please help. Thanks!
