Im having trouble with my volume on my telus tv digital box. I just set it up the other day and now my tv volume system has to be at almost 100 and it is still pretty low. Ive tried, disconnecting the remote, holding the volume and option button but it doesnt seem to work, to reset the digital box volume. Any helpful tips on how to fix this?

Is this for the newest box (21T)?
If so, hit the voice button on the remote and say “maximum set top box volume”.
Hope that helps.

What if I don’t have the voice remote? I have the slimline 2. I have the same issue. The remote is synced to my tv but the volume is low. How do I turn up the volume on the digital box? Thanks

@JustJames Can you try the following to see if it helps:
Unpair the remote from the TV:
Press and hold the OK/SEL button on the remote for about 3 seconds until the green LED next to the OPTIK button flashes twice
Enter 9 8 7 using the number pad on the remote
Press TV POWER once
Enter 0 0 0 0 on the number pad
This will clear the TV programming from teh remote and enable you to adjust the set-top box volume.
Use the volume buttons on the remote to increase the digital box volume to 25 (recommended but you can adjust to your preference).
Re-program the Slimline 2 remote:
Press and hold the OK and OPTIONS buttons simultaneously until the LED flashes twice.
Enter 9 8 7 on the number pad. The LED will flash twice again.
Press TV POWER. The LED will blink once.
Enter the 4-digit code for your TV brand (codes can be found in this document).
If successful, the LED will flash twice.
After re-programming, test the volume control:
Try adjusting the volume using the remote.
The remote should now control your TV's volume while the digital box is set to a consistent level.
You may need to run the steps a few times if it didn't work the first time.
