I’m building a new rural residence just outside Calgary. Telus has a service box at the property line. Over two months I have contacted Telus 4 times, operators take details and no one calls back. You seem to have a problem locating my address (vacant lot) and can’t proceed without that. You can however find my neighbours and your response to utility locates shows your cable to the property.
the construction sequence dictates all utility cables be placed in my utilities trench the week of May 5. If you can’t get yourselves organized you will miss a new customer opportunity.
