Tree Trimming on Public property and its bring down the Telus Fibre

Hi there, who can I contact and send pictures if needed to trim the tress as the branches are overgrown and may bring down the Telus Fibre optic lines in the near future? Its on a Telus wooden pole and I know its the Telus fibre optic line as I saw them, being installed
