I am currently on Telus PureFibre 25/25, as I received it free for 12 months when I moved into my apartment. I wanted to upgrade to a higher speed, such as 75/75, but I am immunocompromised and cannot have a tech come into my apartment. Can the process be done without a change of modem, or, if a change of modem is required, can the process be undertaken remotely, by simply shipping me a new modem to connect?

There is no modem if you're on fibre. All you have there is a router. Typically the change can usually be done remotely if you have fibre already installed.

And, Telus techs are not doing in-home services just now anyway.
