I missed telephone call and the previous installation appointment has been cancalled. Now I want to book a new appointment, but the appointment manager just gone and I cannot find where to book appointment. What should I do?

This is so typical of Telus; you search all over their website for the info you need, finally resort to their sponsored help service, then 18 months later they still haven't replied
