Purolator Delivered Phone to Unknown Recipient

Ordered a Pixel 9 from Telus - unfortunately, Purolator delivered it to an unknown recipient. What do I do now? Who do I contact to get another phone sent to me?

Thank you! Purolator got back to me and indicated they had a status error in my tracking.
