I can no longer use my app on my iphone, when I try to use the mytelus app it says something went wrong and wants me to reset my password which I have done several times but cannot log in. I can log in via a web browser on my laptop but cannot with my phone, it will not accept my new password. I have no idea what is going on I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times and it still will not work. I am very frustrated that I cannot use this app as I have to now use a computer to see my usage etc...
