Cell Coverage Horrible - Not A Happy Customer!

Airguard
Neighbour

We recently moved 3 of our sales team over to Telus from Bell. We'd been assured that cell service was great in the prairie provinces, but that has certainly not been the case. Our staff are all located in the prairies (AB, SK, MB) and all 3 have had significant issues with coverage since we moved them over. Calls are constantly dropped - not good for a business in our busiest season of the year!!  Even in areas that are supposed to have full 5G+ coverage (like right outside of Red Deer), calls are dropped or just don't go through at all. Telus, you're not living up to your part of the agreement in providing adequate cell service. Get your act together or you're going to lose our business.

There is an option to report issues on the coverage map:

Unfortunately, the coverage is so poor in so many places that reporting each individual location is not practical. Our sales team travels all over the prairie provinces and are constantly losing calls. Yesterday alone, our AB rep lost 7 calls in and around the Red Deer area where there is apparently 5G+ coverage. This is simply not acceptable.

My understanding is that Telus and Bell share cell towers in Alberta. Rural coverage is spotty at best. You may find this map useful:
