Today my phone account was suspended with no warning. My latest email from Telus on July 3 says my bill is due July 28
coukd only get a biot who says I did not honor a previous payment arrangement for over due $93.00- incorrect as I did.
So aggravating - I’m a long term customer and can’t believe such a heavy handed approach and can’t resolve till they open tomorrow.
