Number porting issue and account linking problem

I recently switched two phone lines over to Telus. One of the numbers was not porting so I went to see Telus in person. There was an issue where the prepaid account locked itself and IT couldn't even access or put money on it. They copied the details for the account, gave me a new sim card and started the process over. Nothing has changed. My number is still not porting over and now I can't even link the account to my other line. I get an email from Telus saying I should link the two but when I try to add the second line with the account # or the temp # OR my # that's supposed to be ported it either tells me something went wrong or the number doesn't exist with Telus. I have tried reaching out to customer service. Requested a call back with no response. Tried calling the help number and got directed to the chat bot which can't even log me in to see my account and then just redirects me to request a callback. And so the circle continues...My RCS shows the correct number but I don't receive any messages to that number unless sent over the internet and any calls I try making have the temp number coming up.

All I want is a real person to talk to. I tried filing a complaint and somehow ended up in the same chat bot loop that forces me to request a call back that never comes. The customer service right now is about a -20 out of 10
