Status of Trade In Device

I confirmed with Telus last week that my trade in phone was received on June 5, 2025. The member I spoke to gave me an email address (support@telustradein.com) to contact to check the status, along with all the info she had about the phone and trade in. I emailed on July 4 (6 days ago) with no response. How can I escalate this?
