Recently was forced to switch to a new plan that is supposed to be the same as my old speed.
but when I compare it to new possible plans it says it's 100mps speed not 250.
and when I do a speed test with 5 bars of connection I get this
when I contacted support by phone, they said there is no difference in speed on plans, it's based on my connection. I chose not to argue worh the person on the phone. I was on hold for 3 hours again today to try to get some help, before giving up, which is I imagine what they hope for. Is there any explanation for these issues?

Hi @iLift13 - What appears on your My TELUS is the most accurate plan/speed. The second screenshot may be showing an issue with the website itself but the plan that's on My TELUS/on your bill is correct.

Regarding your speeds, it's hard to say if there's even an issue. Wireless speed is dependent on many factors and the "Up to" speeds are under a perfect scenario
