I transferred the data from my old iPad to a new iPad now Telus is not working. Might be some SIM confusion, but do you think I can talk to anyone Tecnical at Telus? Customer service at Telus is non-existent.

Can you explain in greater detail what you did and what happened?
While it's not an iPad, I've upgraded my iPhone in the past and had no issue with Apple's built in system to copy all the data from the old one to the new one. Just moved the SIM to the new one after the copy was completed and everything just worked.
