Hi,
Recently signed up a second line over the phone, the rep promised to get the same deal I was on with my main line and that the connection fee would be waived.
He stated that the new plan would be manually turned on about a week after I activated the line.
A few days later the plan was changed, but not to the agreed plan, it wasn't as good, although the price was similar.
The kicker I still got charged the $70 connection fee and a further $15 plan change fee when I had been promised they would be waived.
Can someone look into this and give me an account credit? And the plan I agreed to?
Slightly annoyed at having spent so long on the phone originally to then get hit when the bill came in.
