international text messages.

i have UL international text messages. but can not send it. under usage summury. shows i send. but never received. both of my lines. too much problem with telus.

Hi! Have you tried to restart the device? When has this started happening?

i did restart both devices. the problem is the international numbers can not receive the text message. but in my telus account the usage summury shows i did send international message. this is since day one when i start use telus service.

i am using ESIM for both devices.

I see, have you checked the other users international numbers settings? Perhaps they have the block?
