Bill cost went up from last month, no warning

So my bill last month for 2 phones was $183.64 and the month before was $178.50. No explanation as to the cost increase, but as I dug through the two bills I noticed the “device care complete” went up $3.00. Not sure why that is? Also, even with that increase and the subsequent increase in tax, it doesn’t account for the full amount of increase..

thoughts?

I had a bill increase as well and as a result I read the 27 pages of my service contract. On every page at least once was mentioned that Telus has the sole ability to make changes to what is offered and at what price, regardless of what you thought. All you the customer has to worry about is paying the bill until the contract expires. You are free to cancel at anytime however you will pay a cancellation fee for time left. But don't worry about calculating that amount as an invoice will be sent. As long as you do not complain about it there is nothing else you have to do.

TELUS has made it easy. I hear the competition is copying the template for success.

As a 40+ year customer I have never seen it made so simple as in the last 5 years.
