Can’t receive calls

I ported over my phone number from another prepaid carrier to Telus prepaid more than 5 hours ago. I can make calls, but can’t receive them. I restarted the phone, but that didn’t help. How long do I need to wait to receive calls? Thanks!

You shouldn't need to wait that long and it's a bit unusual. Unless something went wrong with the port request. We'll send you a PM to look into this for you Tracy613.

Lucky you. When you leave Koodo they have port protection and you have to wait days to talk to someone about it. I’m still waiting to talk to someone to see how to get my number moved.
