I recently switched from Bell to Telus for my cell service but am unable to get a "live" customer support person to discuss setting up my voice mail. The automated service line only wants to send me a link to a data base. I have asked the sales person who sold me the contract to help but they said to call customer support and they don't help customers with configuration issues. GREAT!!!!

You don't. Telus doesn't respect or respond to it's customers. If you want to talk to someone, book a day off of work and keep your phone plugged in.

I press 1 to access my voice mail but the system says I get a message stating that my voicemail number is not set. I tried setting it using my mobile phone number but I get the message saying that my voicemail number can't be changed. As I only just signed up for Telus service I am not sure what number I should be using for voice mail. Can you provide me with a detailed process for this service?
