So I called customer service and even used the online chat support for nothing. I have a screenshot showing that my billing cycle is March 21st till April 20th, today it’s April 21st and they didn’t renew my mobile internet data package, instead their app decided to change its mind and make the view the billing cycle from March 22nd to April 21st, knowing that I paid already my bill on March 21st, they owe me one day and they just want their customers to get more frustrating by not helping them.
