I have seen this question, but no solution.
I have updated, deleted, re-installed the Telus TV app on our iPads...It won't even let me enter our username and password...as soon as I click to do so, it comes up with "LOGIN FAILED. THE APP CAN'T CONNECT TO THE SERVER. CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN"
Our Internet provider IS Telus. The devices are on the Telus Wifi network.
I am very frustrated and refuse to wait on the phone for hours.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Possibly disable/enable wifi or try rebooting the iPad.
