Hi there,
I was provided with the instruction to go to www.telus.com/disneysubscription then select the plan with the purple banner "Redeem 24 months of Disney+ on us", which is the Disney+ standard plan. After selecting "Add now", it requires me to login to my telus account, which I did. After entering my mobile phone number as well as my credit card information, it still shows the monthly price as $12.99 plus tax.
May I please obtain assistance on how this can be resolved?

I'm having this issues as well. When I called in for support, they said there was an ongoing issue and that I should cancel through my MyTelus account and that they would message me when I can re-subscribe. They never messaged me back and the 2 year offer isn't on the website anymore
