SO: I called in they said there is credit on account but they cant transfer to my cell phone device payment why is this all other cell phone companys do it when the customer ask them to do this this is so annoying. and what do they do if there still a balance owing on cell phone when contract is over for example 20.95 will they make mke pay it or just clear cause of small amount ? this is why I want the credit from bill to be sent to the device balance easy pay.
