Hi there,
I recently moved and just got around to installing my TV box. All the sports channels are no longer there and my 1.5 gig changed to a 1 gig connection.
The only reason I called Service was to see why my technician did not show to my appointment on Monday and to re-book. So I was on the phone with the rep for 45 minutes and he said because the rep didn’t show up he was able to give me a credit of $112. He never mentioned he was going to change my entire Telus package!! Not only did the technician not come to the appointment on Monday the person supposedly helping me changed my entire plan without telling me and told me it was a “credit”…. How can I go back to what package I had before??
