Roughly a year ago, I had a Telus account show up on my Credit Report. The account does not belong to me and I have never opened a Telus account in the past. I tried reaching out to Support but they wouldn't help me without the account number.
I don't know the full account number as I neve opened it, I don't have any emails or anything confirming the account. I tried disputing through Equifax and TransUnion but nothing gets done.
Can someone please help?

Have you asked for the details of the file regarding this? You have that right to get those documents. It may have the account number and then Telus can help. And of course they cannot without an account number.
