My partner moved in - She had a Telus account & so did I ( Loyal Telus customers ) - Obviously we can't have 2 accounts at the same address so I cancelld mine and we moved hers from her old address to here - Now my old account of about $67 per month jumped to over $150 per month for Jan & Feb as my previous contract expired in Dec - no notice of increase or end of cntract from Telus - Pretty sneaky and not very customer friendly - And on top of it they are still charging me for a contract cancelled Mar 1rst - And on top of that spoke to " Anderson " on Mar 28th to straighten this out - He said he would call me back the following week - No callback - Then spoke to " Arnie " on April 29th and he tells me Anderson made notes to credit me and was " supposed " to call me back but confirmed that call never took place per notes - I then asked to speak to a manager - Waited on the line for 30 minutes and no one available so asked for a callback - Then manager " Bryan " leaves me a voicemail & email asking me to call him at 833-699-0780 Ext 1492236 - tried dozens of times and as soon as I enter the Ext # the line hangs up ! What is going on ? Can someone please contact me to fix this mess ? TY R

Interesting - I was also charged for a service I never signed up for, and it went to collections because I didn't pay the bill I didn't know I had!
