Missing Telus Points

I am writing as a long-term customer who is extremely upset about the recent loss of 203.19 points from my account with the introduction of your new rewards program.


Frankly, I find it unreasonable that points I have earned over a long period of loyal use of your internet service have been taken away. These points were accumulated through consistent engagement and commitment to your company, and losing them in this way feels unfair and discouraging.


How is this supposed to improve the customer experience? The new rewards program, as it stands, has left me feeling undervalued and frustrated instead of appreciated.


I respectfully request that these 203.19 points be compensated or reinstated to my account under the new rewards program. I hope you will address this issue promptly and show that you value your long-term customers.

This has been discussed for some time now. Points changed / were adjusted back in January 2025 and you already liked the discussion about it. The points were something Telus offered free of charge as a perk. They have no monetary value.
