Prepaid promotions did not renew

I subscribed to prepaid on March 29 with the BONUS100 deal.  My feature activations activated on that day but they have not worked since April 27 when they were deactivated.  How do I contact support to get this resolved?

Yes, thank you.  I figured out how to arrange for a callback from a support specialist who resolved the matter.
